Whole leaf. PPO sterilized. Mexican oregano is a different plant from the Mediterranean herb, with a citrusy, earthy, more robust flavor. It is the correct oregano for chili powder, taco and fajita seasonings, pozole, and Tex-Mex sauces. Whole leaf is crumbled at use; Greek cut is a finer, uniform leaf.
