Dill Weed (Egypt)

Egyptian origin. Sterilized. Dried dill weed is the feathery leaf of the plant, delicate and grassy with a hint of anise. It flavors ranch and creamy dressings, dips, smoked salmon products, potato and cucumber salads, and soups. Origin affects color and cut; Hungarian and Israeli dill are prized for bright green color.
