| Ordering How do I place an order? Find the products that you wish purchase using either the department menu or product search, add the quantity amount and click 'Add to Items Cart'. When you have finished shopping, click 'Checkout' to review your order and continue to the payment stage. Delivery Orders are dispatched every Tuesday (except Trial Packs, which are Next Day) and should be received by midnight on the Sunday before, repeat orders may be received by Monday 12pm.
Delivery rates are based on parcel weights and each parcel is insured to £75 / $123.75. For example, any order for the UK up to 25kg will cost £11.00, and an order that weighs say 40kg would make 2 parcels and would cost £22.00. Trial Packs include delivery - this schedule is therefore not applicable to Trial Packs. What rules does my country have on the import of foodstuffs? Please check with your local import laws regarding importing foodstuffs before you place your order. Spicewarehouse is not responsible for local law restrictions, import duties or customs and excise taxes on goods we supply.
